Isabel Holguera joins the lab as a Marie-Curie fellow. Isabel did her post-doc in the lab of Claude Desplan at NYU studying how temporal patterning regulates connectivity.

Marianne’s paper is published in Nature Communications
Marianne’s paper from her previous lab shows that JAK-STAT signaling defines a certain number of posterior anchoring cells in the Drosophila follicular epithelium that are required to establish proper anterior-posterior polarity and are necessary for the development of the future germline. https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-024-45963-z
